Shipping & Returns

About our Shipping

Carpets, Floor Mats, Sound Deadeners purchased via our website are shipped via UPS in the USA and Canada Post in Canada. Items are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt (weekends excluded) and shipped within the next 2-3 working days.

Most items ship for between $18.50 and $24.50 depending on where you are and what you buy.

This applies to continental USA only. Although we ship globally, if you are outside of the US, please contact us for shipping rates - our products may be quite heavy and large.
Ensure we have correct and complete contact and address information to avoid charges and delays in processing your order.
Some customers fail to mention commonly used building prefixes (i.e. A, B, C, D), apartment numbers and other details that may prevent a successful delivery. Such items are returned to us. If the item is returned to us due to a wrong or incomplete destination address, there may be a charge to you (return shipping and a 20% restocking fee) to compensate our losses.

We will not deliver to P.O Boxes - no exceptions.

Items found under the "Discount Car Parts" Section are handled by other vendors and are subject to their respective shipping policies, that may be inspected during purchasing.

Return Policy

Warranty claims, product returns, and/or incorrect orders or shipments must be addressed as follows:

PACKAGE DAMAGE/LOSS:

Parts lost or damaged in shipment are not the responsibility of AutoCarpetOnline.com If your part(s) are damaged or lost during shipment, you must contact the delivery carrier and file a claim within 24 hours and notify AutoCarpetOnline.com. We will help if you are having trouble getting satisfaction. For packages damaged during shipment, save the box and packaging materials until the package can be inspected by the carrier.

DAMAGE OR DISCREPANCY CLAIMS:

We strive to provide the best possible quality and care, however the odd time something may turn up amiss. AutoCarpetOnline.com must be notified WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT, AND PRIOR TO INSTALLATION, of any and all damages/discrepancies to your shipment. Please note: Claims for damage outlined below WILL NOT BE VALID once the part has been installed, cut or otherwise altered. Inspect each piece thoroughly for imperfections, flaws, etc. and report any such damage AutoCarpetOnline.com by phone, fax or e-mail within 72 hours of receipt.

ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED IF THEY ARE ALTERED IN ANY WAY!
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS, WITH LOGOS OR EMBROIDERY CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Inspect your shipment upon arrival AND PRIOR TO INSTALLATION!

Any item found to be flawed, ill-fitting or inconsistent in coloring will be promptly replaced.

WARRANTY CLAIM RETURNS:

Merchandise may not be returned to AutoCarpetOnline.com for warranty unless purchased directly from AutoCarpetOnline.com. Proof of purchase is required. Return requests for flaws, imperfections etc. will not be allowed after 72 hours of receipt or if an item has been installed. Returns will not be accepted without pre-authorization from AutoCarpetOnline.com. You must contact AutoCarpetOnline.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The RAN must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages without the RAN on the outside of the package will be refused. A RAN does not indicate warranty approval. Approval/disapproval will be determined after our physical inspection of the returned part(s). Parts must be packaged carefully to prevent damage. Customer is responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping due to inadequate packaging. Shipment will not be accepted freight collect. AutoCarpetOnline.com is not responsible for freight charges on returns. Non-warranty claims will be subject to exchange only.

NON-WARRANTY RETURNS

Merchandise may not be returned to AutoCarpetOnline.com unless purchased directly from AutoCarpetOnline.com. Proof of purchase is required. Request to return product must be arranged within 1 year of the invoice date and are subject to all shipping charges. Installed parts are not returnable. Returns will not be accepted without pre-authorization from AutoCarpetOnline.com. Contact AutoCarpetOnline.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and clearly mark the number on the outside of the package. Packages without a RAN will be refused. Parts must be packaged carefully to prevent damage. Customer is responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping due to inadequate packaging. Shipments will not be accepted freight collect. AutoCarpetOnline.com is not responsible for freight charges in returns.
THERE IS A 25% RESTOCKING FEE ON RETURNED STOCK ITEMS.
