* This carpet is the only carpet in the industry tufted from 80% rayon & 20% nylon.
* It is tufted on a 5/32 gauge loop tufting machine & contains 24 ounces of yarn per square yard.
* It is dyed using the finest quality dyes available.
* It is also tested for ozone humidity fading & light fastness. It comes in 80" widths & can be rubber latex or polyethylene backed.

* Tuxedo is constructed by twisting an Olefin filament yarn into our 80/20 Rayon/Nylon Blend Loop yarn.
* The material is then tufted on a 5/32 gauge loop machine & dyed in a beck dye operation.
* Because the Olefin yarn does not take dye & remains black it gives the carpet the elegant look that inspired the name "Tuxedo".
* This carpet comes in 52" widths & can be heavy rubber latex or polyethylene backed.
