Your new CORVETTE floor mats are the only floor mats in the industry
tufted from 80% rayon & 20% nylon. They are tufted on a 5/32 gauge
loop tufting machine & contains 24 ounces of yarn per square yard,
making your new floor mats very dense and ensuring unmatched
resistance to wear for years to come.
This floor mats are dyed in a continuous range operation with special
chemicals added to reduce fading, in many cases far outlasting the
older OEM floor mats. They are also tested for ozone humidity fading
and lightfastness for maximum lifespan, adding resale value to your
CHEVROLET CORVETTE.
Our computer-aided cutting-edge manufacturing process and the strictest
quality control in the industry ensures that your new CORVETTE floor
mats will fit perfectly!
For maximum comfort the mats also feature non-slip rubber grips
backing, keeping your new CHEVROLET CORVETTE floor mats in place. Your
new floor mats also feature color-matched bindings for the perfect
finishing touch.

* These floor mats are the only floor mats in the industry tufted from 80%
rayon & 20% nylon.
* If the factory original OEM floor mats you are replacing featured a
heel pad or a dimmer switch (grommet) hole, your replacement floor mats
from us will also have it in the correct location.
* Colors listed in the dropdown menu are the only colors available at
this time.
* Our listed color choices are laser-matched to the original OEM
specifications - the samples listed may be a bit off as different
computer monitors render colors differently.
* While we take great care and are proud of our quality control, ensure
the correct fit prior altering your new CORVETTE floor mats. Altered
floor mats may not be returned.

* The backing yarn is 30% nylon, 40% cotton & 30% rayon.
* The total weight is 28 ounces per square yard with foam backing.
* The Daytona carpet is 54" wide & is available in foam back only.
* The Daytona carpet can only be used in cut & sew applications. It cannot be molded.

* Tuxedo is constructed by twisting an Olefin filament yarn into our 80/20 Rayon/Nylon Blend Loop yarn.
* The material is then tufted on a 5/32 gauge loop machine & dyed in a beck dye operation.
* Because the Olefin yarn does not take dye & remains black it gives the carpet the elegant look that inspired the name "Tuxedo".
* This carpet comes in 52" widths & can be heavy rubber latex or polyethylene backed.
